Anna Mills, President of the Toledo Real Estate Investors Association

Anna Mills, past president of Ohio Real Estate Investors (OREIA), and past president of National Real Estate Investors Assn. (NaREIA), is serving her thirteenth term as local president of Toledo REIA. Anna has been a realtor with ERA Dynasty in Ohio & Michigan for 30+ years. Early in her career, she became a builder and an investor and started acquiring properties (no money down). She currently holds 9 professional real estate & contactors licenses including the skill trades of plumbing, heating, electrical contractor, lead paint supervisor & contractor.

Co-authored the ‘Landlord Tenant Handbook’. She also speaks and teaches landlord workshops for the local housing authority, local REIAs nationwide, area banks, and has spoken as far away as Australia & New Zealand through Lourdes College. Anna is past president of Toastmasters with an Advanced Toastmaster (CTM) Silver designation, has been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and Women’s Entrepreneurial Network (WEN).
